Our office staff is experienced in assisting you or your client (we are real people, not a answering service or machine.) Our staff can make scheduling an inspection quick and easy. Our team of 7 inspectors means that we can probably meet your preferred appointment day and time requests. We cover the tri-state area and inspect Monday through Saturday.

We know that time is important. Our inspections take 2 to 2 ½ hours for most properties. At the end of the inspection we deliver an instant report with color digital photos into your client's hands. A CD with a digital version, PDF file, is provided to you. You can easily share the report with the listing agent by e-mail if desired. When you leave the property all parties have the same report in hand, allowing for prompt decision making.
