HouseInspect is locally based and family owned. We have been in business since 1980. Our inspectors have up to 25 years of experience and have performed over 85,000 home inspections. They are continually taking additional training to keep current with new technologies and procedures.

As part of their training our inspectors have learned that their function is perform a thorough inspection and to educate you about the property you want to be your home. We are working for you.

We have a long standing commitment to the home inspection industry. Our owners, Pete and Valerie, were there at the beginning of the industry and were active in formulating the inspection process. Some of our inspectors are on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and have taught all over the country on several topics.

We want you to feel that we will provide a thorough inspection and an easy to read, complete report at the end of your inspection . We believe that we can give you peace of mind in making your property purchase decision.
